Specially the people higher up like the business head of go auto sales i met here
At the time of booking they told me that the booking is hundred percent refundable.VISIT TOTALLY AT YOUR OWN RISK
I bought the car from the same dealership in safdarjung as they were taking time.
Today when i cam.for.refund the business head, mr Anand Prakash , told me that they will deduct 1000 rs as they have it under t&c
When i said that i bought the car from the same dealership and i was assured it will get refunded he told me to produce written evidence or voice recording of the employee who said it. I told him that it was done in good faith , then he said there is no good faith.
I told him it was your guy who tolde this and u r not trusting me now. He said the salesperson can tell any false lies to sell the car and company os not liable for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased a car from them in the mid of Feb and they said they will install our car number plate within 15 days now it's been almost 2 months and we haven't received any number plate and when we try to get in touch with showroom so they don't give us any satisfactory answers so i request you don't buy from this dealership they give same temporary number to all the cars and they don't provide good after sailes services

Issue with salesman and manager product knowledge.
They do not share all info and push buyer to go for the model as per their choice.
If you face any issue rest assured even manager is not willing to step in to help as its not part of the job customer service.
