★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop was extremely old and microphone didn't work. They start hounding you for payment 2 days prior to the payment date. They didn't return a part of my security deposit on the pretext that the delay in returning the laptop was from my end. I used the laptop for close to 2 years and I expected a better customer experience. Usually they call up 2 days prior to payment date, but this time they didn't due to some internal issues. So I was waiting for their call to inform them that I wouldn't be requiring their equipment anymore. Eventually when they called a few days later, I informed them. Even after that they kept it pending, so I had to insist on returning the laptop. But now they didn't refund part of my security deposit saying that delay was on my part. The manager was extremely rude considering I was using their old laptop for such a long time. The monthly rental is also extremely high compared to other providers, The only reason I used it for such a long time was due to the customer service provided by the person who gave me the laptop for the first time. His name was Amio and he unfortunately passed away. Overall a very lousy experience and feel cheated of my hard earned money. DO NOT TRUST OR GO TO THEM
