★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are Fake totally. I ask for different scooty. One i reach to pick they refused to give the booked scooty. And later on they started asking for extra charges..
Once you done with booking. They take extra 500-600.. without any sense.

Pros:
No km capping.
Cons:
- 0 Maintenance of the bike
- No mirrors
- bald tires
- garbage helmets which don't even have padding and/ or cracked
My story
Booked a Fazer for 3 days for my Nainital visit, the dealer said he has only Avenger to offer which had multiple issues:
- bald tires
- rear brake not working
- speedometer not working
And because I had already made the payment, had no other option but to call the helpline. Working Hours seems to start at 11AM so had to wait 2 hours with no support. After explaining the situation, RenTrip did arrange an RTR 200. While i was happy that I had a bike which is better than the baldy Avenger, but i had booked a Fazer!
So, my suggestion would be if you really want to rent a bike, inspect in-person and don't book it online
P.S. RTR 200 too had bald rear tire (while it is tubeless, but it's more susceptible to puncture)

Instant booking is done from the site and instant reply comes. The staff is also very helpful and especially Mr. Shiv ji. bike was in good condition. I would like everyone to avail service.
