★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non maintain buses. Water leaking from roof and damaged suspension made our journey terrible. When we complain to staff they become violent. Journey from this company bus isn’t safe if you accompany a woman. I took HR 38Z 2432 from Manali to Delhi on 5th of January 22. Beware to this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC DHABA STOP..
This is regarding Delhi to Manali route.We were provided with blankets,vomit bags and water bottle.service is okayish.But the place they stopped for dinner is literally fruad. I am sure they have some deal with dhaba which is common and fine but no one deserves such pathetic service.At dhaba we were not given menu so that they can charge as per their comfort. We were charged 100 for tea, and 250rs for each dosa.Some.people brought their own food which everyone should.They should change their stopping point.You can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was pretty fair enough. The bus reached on time or even before time, as we reached there in 13 hours only, they provided us a water bottle, a vomet bag and a blanket (not much clean). The only regrettable thing is the stop the bus takes, the bus took 2 stops and that too at very bad hotels/resturants with worst taste. They should take stops at some good hotels/resturants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything of bus is good except the stop areas. I am one of the passenger in today's bus, going from delhi to manali. We are 13 people in number. we all were waited for the bus to stop for dinner. I requested the bus conductor to stop at Amrik Sukhdev, they denied and told me that it closed (Meanwhile it was opened). The bus stop at 10 at Taste of India, nearby Kurukshetra. The worst food experience we had, low quality, unprofessional staffs, fake bill with high rate.
Never ever expect this to Reobus service. Till then experience was awesome but now opposite of it.

Booking : Delhi to Manali (Volvo)
Problem : Bus got breakdown in the middle of the night, it took them 3 hours to arrange for the alternate bus which was a simple delux bus. The staff was also very rude. Because of this delay the travel time increased and our whole day plans were ruined.
The helpline guy didn't answer the calls for the next whole day. When i asked for refund for the fare difference between a volvo bus and the ordinary bus, they simply rejected it saying that they arranged for another bus in the middle of the night as if they have done a favor for us.
PS : Volvo bus was also not maintained properly.
Won't recommend anyone to travel via Reo travels..

Bus was in awesome condition. Blankets, water, charging point, the ac and cleanliness.
But the experience of travel was bad and rather unsafe.
Firstly the bus arrived 30 mins late. The tracker we got for the bus does not work.
Also, before entering the plains there was tyre burst. Not tyre puncture but the tyre burst. It was scary as a passenger.
Your driver was driving rashly. I did not feel safe. This is a big concern. How can he drive bus at speedy of over 70-90 on the way.
Also, when requested to drive safely, he did not listen.
You need to train your staff better to become more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a fan of taking private volvo buses to Manali / Delhi but my experience of travelling with Reo this time was just amazing. They were punctual which is an important factor specially on a long journey , they gave us clean packed blankets, and other basic amenities were there like ? charger points, water bottle, curtains. I am definitely taking the bus again :)

First the bus was pathetic no leg space.
Second No punctuality - our bus was scheduled at 9pm from Manali to Delhi they rescheduled the bus 2 hours prior at 7pm. Without even asking our concern.
Third poor service they were not ready to turn on the AC. Many people asked several times then only they turn on the AC and that too for just 25 minutes.
Fourth the price was much more than our bus from Delhi to Manali(we booked seats 15 days prior to our journey)
I wish Google has negative rating system cause Reo travel deserves -5
