★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me try to write a factual review:
1. Noise on the B pillar near seat belt -- SA says noise is a common issue in Nexons. Get it done in the 2nd service. During the second service he tells me, the finishing won't be factory level! And there is a possibility it will look ugly! And this is a recurring issue and it will come again. I tell him doesn't matter, get done with it.
Finish is factory level and till date the noise hasn't come.
2. Noise from rear end -- tightens my suspension bolts and asks me to check for a few days. I go to Heritage Panvel and finally they diagnose that it's a seat related issue.
Bottom line is: 1. They will try and postpone work and won't address your root cause. They will drop reasons like you will have to keep the car for 2 days (without checking the root cause) to deter you from taking a corrective action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No good experience regarding battery replacement of my TATA NEXON....Do not go for replacement of any spare part under warranty condition at this place....Bcoz I have been charged for battery at MRP i.e. 2000-2500 costlier than market price.....even PRO-rata warranty amount is denied by workshop..... NO professionalism AT ALL...!!!!

Coolant was not refilled and the vehicle was not cleaned.
Prior to my visit, I made an appointment and informed them that I needed a car the same day.
When I arrived at the servicing location, I double-checked whether I would receive my vehicle today, and they responded sure.
However, they failed to deliver the vehicle on time even the next day.
After all of this, they just performed auto service and delivered the vehicle to me.
Very disappointing service..
