★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been taking my Linea 2009 model to them over the last year. They will ensure the car is returned in very good condition and well tuned. You will find them replacing faulty stuff rather than repairing which I guess might be the reason the car is well tuned which is acceptable. Charges, especially the labor charge component is debatable. Personally, my feeling is that it's on the higher side. Staff is polite and friendly. Location is fine, easier to get a transport back home when dropping off vehicle. 4 stars for the quality of work and staff especially the manager Mr. Devendra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and guidance by Mr. Sharad. I get my fiat punto regularly serviced at this centre. I've had a couple of complicated issues regarding the engine and the fuel pump and no was able to detect the exact problem. Mr. Sharad helped us resolve both the issues the right way and at the right price. After that I've taken my car for long road-trips of over 3000 kms and haven't experienced any single issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service team and very cooperative staff, even ready to help at late hours for any unexpected issue with car, have serviced and repaired 3-4 times output is awesome. Supervisor Mr. Mohammed is very helpful and understanding. Only issue is with OEM because cost of spare parts are too high when compare to peers, FIAT must work on spare parts' cost to ensure long term survival and to keep the customers intact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Vroom Pointe for the first time and super happy about it. I was treated well at the reception and service advisor was assigned quickly. Devendra the Service advisor quickly the addressed the issue and with in 10-15 mins my car was ready.
Likes - smiling faces, happy to help attitude and customer centric service. Keep it up guys ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expert mechanics and supervisors , so you will get proper solution for your car. Spare parts are available but not all, so you have to wait for couple of days. Waiting room is there for customers and you can see your car from waiting room while getting repaired or serviced.
Yearly service packages are good. Highly recommended.
