1- Good knowledge of computer and other things.
2- Tells you the right solution. He solved my problem by changing a small component which other shops were not ready to do. This is something really good. Hats off for this.
Cons
1- Doesn't respect customer. The way he talks to customers needs to be improved.
2- Beware how he adds total. Initially he might say 200, but while adding he will smartly make it 250.
3- He gets irritated when you try to see (even from far away) how he is solving the problem. He says you can't learn what he does. Probably in his opinion, people from other fields are incapable of learning his work.
