★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to hang out for. It is situated in the bank of arpa river behind cims campus .You can spend some time in evening . Free WiFi available here but not work everytime . here you can also enjoy some food in chaupati . there is a tricolour flag which can be seen from far away .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to hangout in city but need to give attention maintenence. People throwing garbage anywhere in the place and main reason behind this is garbage containers are stolen and broken. Municipality is charging good amount of money from vendors in place but can't maintain garbage container.

Most of the folks enjoy chai sutta at that point, but in my point of view they should be careful about public places and they should not use it in that way, cause many people don't like it and they may also face some consequences regarding it. And the rest is good to go.
