★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Riverview Hotel is nearby most famous Bandel Church . From Chinsurah to Triveni the hotel is on right side . It is adjacent to holy River Ganga . According to location of the hotel the name is very justified . The hotel is very neat and clean . In the ground floor Reception Hall and a big air conditioned hall is there . A beautiful lawn is there where arrangement for party can be done . On the first floor eight rooms , in which Four rooms are air conditioned and remaing four non a.c rooms . On third floor two more rooms are there . Ample provision for car parking is in the campus . Overall rate of the hotel is reasonable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is best among all the hotels available here but cost is very high and illogical too. They have all the facility in their hotel but lac the trust. There is a wide open lawn in front of the hotel premises. But illogical cost and their arrogancy will ruin their business one day.
Location is good but they are not using the advantage of that location. Overall it is a wasted place to deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am shocked as this hotel charges 2000 per night have to call from ure own mobile to the hotel's staff as the telephone service is out , they don't provide you with wi fi and t.v don't even provide u with drinking water services u have to get it your self ,it's one if the worst hotel I have ever experienced don't stay you will regrert it like

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condition of the hotel was very poor. The basin sink was clogged and the flush wasn't working properly. The AC in the room was making so much noise that it was not possible to stay for long in the room.
Wouldn't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel from 22nd to 24th April 2022 to attend a wedding. The day we checked in to our room, we found a dead stinking fish in the bathroom. One of the rooms had an AC that made so much sound that even sleeping peacefully at night was a struggle. None of the rooms had a spray in the bathroom, except for one room in which the spray was not even working. The showerhead in our room was also faulty. The water was coming out of only one of the holes present on the showerhead. On the last day of our stay, the electricity wasn't present for about 2 hours during the later part of the evening. When we told the owner about these issues, she refused to believe any of it and denied everything we told her and also misbehaved. If possible, I would have given this "hotel" 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most horrendous experience in this lodge. The service staff is not bothered, the rooms are dirty filthy with cobwebs hanging. The bathrooms will greet you with dead stinking fish and leaky flush. You will share the rooms with variety of bugs and the ACs belong to another area and of poor maintenance.
If you want to live your worst nightmare go check into this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we were there one AC was not in proper condition, water was leaking from latrine flush, electricity went off and generators were not working for 1.5 hours, and hotel staff were unreachable most of the times. And this was for a wedding where the hotel was booked 6 months in advance. I can only imagine what last minute customers would go through. It is best to avoid this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff will ensure that you don't consider staying here for a second time. While entry, we were greeted by an irritating stink from the waste dump nearby. This hotel has no drinking water, has shabby washrooms, dirty linen, variety of insects like cockroaches and lizards will share your room, we even got a pleasant surprise to see a dead fish lying in the washroom! The ACs are so old (no remote, no regulators) and made such loud noise, that we could not sleep. The hotel has no room service. If you need something cleaned, you will have to clean it yourself. Sometimes the taps will get jammed, there will be no water while you use the washroom. There is no power backup, we got a 2 hour long power cut. There is no maintenance and the property is not fit for any kind of accommodation. When we complained about these, the owner was extremely unprofessional in her behaviour, as if she was doing us a favour.
So, if these features attract you and your family, visit at your own risk.
