It was supposed to get completed by October 2020 as per the agreement for sale, but they extended the date till July 2021 and still they could not complete the work. there is no work progress so far and most importantly, they don't even bother to communicate regarding the possession and they don't even reply any email or formal letter. Really hopeless situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communicating road is far better than other nearby complex buildings. Took 18 mins to reach Garia Metro. The complex is very close to the main road area. The construction and the project seemed too good and it is budget friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the flat in Feb'21 since the handover was promised by March'21. No confirmed date communicated by the builder on hand over. Work going on at a snail pace in the site. Seems they have lack of manpower, otherwise the pending work should not take a month to complete with full manpower allocated.
Location, building design is good. Rooms are spacious & well designed. Lot of greenery around.Very near to main road (though connecting road is a mud road)

For builder lack of work style so many owners now facing issue. They do not fullfill their commitment when they have sale flat to us. Very cheap quality material has been used . Please if anyone want to buy be careful. We are owner whome sufferer with their lies.
