★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of passionate, dedicated trainers. Kudos to Sreenivasan for starting Rock Solid. Naren & Sidharth are his backbone and are the best trainers there. Their self defense workshop for women is awesome. They do it for free and help women defend themselves in adverse situations.
