★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to invest because of its proximity to it tech parks on the outer ring road. It has got average amneties and good open space. But the master plan is a bit crowded in terms over placement of buildings. But the floor plan is good of apartments and good lighting to all the rooms. But it is bit pricey as it is not on the main road but a bit inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for stay, rent I feel is little on higher side. 2 major problems lot of bees hive which is why you have to keep windows closed most of the time, way from main road to society is not so great

I have never seen so much open space even in prestige/sobha or any other project..its centrally placed around many IT parks and close to outer ring road..overall i can summarise this apartment in one line that you are living in a resort ?
