★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rode their Royal Enfield Himalayan BS3 for five days Munsiyari, Uttrakhand trip from here in Delhi. The bike performance was a testimony to the quality of service provided. Hassel free pickup and drop process added to the experience. Plus, the team was in touch during the entire journey. Looking forward to their services in future.

I would really recommend Royal Bikes to everyone, as the service was up to the mark. My Classic 350 was in a great condition that i took for a ride in himachal and i rode around 800kms without any hustle. Pratham bhai i will be back for the next ride soon. Till then have a great one.

We were having problem with the first bike they replaced it on one go and gave me a good bike at the same price so I like the experience of Royal bike service Delhi.... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikes were not all maintained. Also rented here through zoprent app. The 2 bikes i placed 1 was in repair at delivery time and other completely screwed in condition from tyres , engine to parts. Owner is not very eager to do business or take care of bikes.
One bike of which engine seized had to pay 7 k to tow of which he paid 2k.
Hope they change and be bit serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad. No external support. If in any case you face any problem with bikes, you will surely find him helpless. Moreover, he will ask you for permanent bills and photos to reimburse any cost you put in. We had rented the bikes from this place, and he had charged us a big amount like 18k just for extra servicing and this is apart from 1k he charges for every 100kms.
He has made some set of rules by himself and will start arguing if you don't agree with it, no matter how correct you are.
- Won't give you any of the original paper of bike. No Original RC, Insurance was provided.
- Punctured tubes. One day we had tires punctured three times in row. And when we asked to for these extra costs related to tubes, brake wires and all. He asked for original bills and it's natural that you won't find any original Royal Enfield service center in isolated places like Mustang in Nepal, or Ladakh etc. But this man he will not understand, intentionally or unintentionally that God knows.
- He has collaboration with a bike service center. When you will come back from the trip, they will do a rigrous check on bikes and will detect numerous faults and will charge you for the same at Showroom price. (These faults are never detected by them while providing the bikes but somehow they manage to find these at the end)
Our experience was bad, might be yours or might not be. But these things must be considered and changed.

Unfortunately we had and accident by ourselves : the owner offers to help us and was very kind. We truly recommand this place for anyone looking to rent a bike. Thank you!
