★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied online, got quotation from this store and visited here with full enthusiasm to buy. But staff is unprofessional. Lacking professionalism. No proper welcome, no demonstration, just showed me the fix price list with a lot of additional charges.
Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. They cancelled my bike on the day of delivery, even though I booked the bike 1.5 months ago. I finally booked the bike from another dealer in Ahmedabad, and they delivered the bike in 3 days. The sales guy Prince.... is extremely unprofessional and misleads customers and I caught him on the first day itself. RE needs serious inspection of this agency as these guys are spoiling their name. I told this guy that I could prove them wrong in front of anyone but I did not want to spoil the mood of buying a new RE that I waited for so long. So I booked from other dealer and they dealt with great professionalism and delivered the bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less responsive team and well they don’t listen to your problem particularly and give you general solutions like we already know that yeah i mean that’s why I came here Lol???This type of things are not expected by Brand like Royal Enfield. Please give satisfactory response to customer so we don’t need to come for same problem 2-3 time within a week or two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality, I went there as one of my colleagues was buying a RE Himalayan. I took a test ride of Interceptor. Super friendly sales person. When Interceptor launched, my friends across India had a long waiting list for the bike delivery but this showroom had it from day 1! That is awesome.
