Money is more important than anything..
Worst maintenance and worst behavior .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for two years. Food is good but room quality is not good.
A lot of cockroaches are there in rooms and bathrooms. Complaining repeatedly also didn't help. I had to face bedbugs also for 3 4months.
They don't have generator. Power backup stays only for 1hour maximum. So people suffers a lot because of power cut. After asking for solution repetitively also didn't help.
Only two washing machines are there and neither of them are of good quality. Maximum time they are not functioning.
Owner is not always clear about rent and cash and doesn't return pending amount while leaving.
Only good thing is food. Cook is good. Because of the food only you can consider. But that also getting degraded day by day.
