★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son recently had to go through an appendectomy at Medica Hospital. Even though it was not the best of times as a parent, my experience has been nothing short of delightful with the way the cashless process was handled. A big shout out to Mr. Bittu Singh (East Zone) who was not only hands on with the various processes involved but was also extremely empathetic towards the whole situation.
I wish the approval process was a little quicker on the day of dicharge based on the ticket size but I guess I will have to give them that.
Also, there were a few deductions that came through which I do not believe were appropriate - on contacting Mr Singh again, even though it was outside his area of responsibilities, he took charge and made sure that he set the ball rolling right away.
All in all, a very dependable bunch that I would always endorse for any general insurance needs.

One of my policies had expired and for nearly 6 months I had been trying to get a resolution, but Mr. Singh was able to resolve it in just 10 days. He was extremely attentive and listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and really commend the prompt service provided by him and his team.
