Chocolate quality super, no compromise on that.
Less variety.
Manager pathetic, no customer service skill. Forget being pleasant, he is nowhere close to that. Negative personality.
A country like Japan is known for its hospitality and customer service, wonder who recruited this manager. Needs to be thrown out immediately.

Try their smooth ganache like Nama chocolates, it is soooo good!
It is slightly on the pricier side but you won't complain after you have tried Royce.

I'm talking about December last year, and since the weather is cold at that time, the chocolate condition was really good. The taste is mind-blowing and anyone who lives chocolate will have a hard time not eating Royce. Definitely recommended and a must try for young and old alike.
