★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It works like charm most of the times but I am giving 1 star rating because it lags in between many times, previously it was good, Please try to improvise service.
I have taken plan of 25 mbps, but every morning speed gets reduce to 1 mbps and even less than that. I have attached the screenshot.
RR Broadband team, please try to solve this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a tough time getting a WiFi connection it took about 5 days to get this connection which is running fine, however your team needs to work hard in being responsive aspecually the technicians to respond on time.
Premsagar Singh has been the best, though it was delayed by several days but he assured me that he will some how get my WiFi connection fixed and he did it, thank you Premsagar Singh for all you professionalism and prompt response.

Their response is really fast, The installation happened in just one day after a call. I am pretty happy with RR broadband. 2nd day the internet was gone for a while but the response was really good and it was repaired within 30 minutes, Services are really good.

Again giving you 1 start because it is the least i can give for fake promises and wasting our time. You do not pick calls, do not reply on message. It has been almost 15 days since i paid 1000 INR. I can hope what your after service will be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prem give my 1000/- back to me. I paid the amount based on your words that i will get the connection. You did not connect and asked additional 500/- rupee installation after 15 days delay and when i cancelled and took jio you are not refunding my money
