★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newly renovated campus housing the various departments functioning under the RTO of Asansol (WB-38 & WB-37(commercial)).
All departments are marked and hence finding one's way to the required department is easy.
As for functionality and time taken it the same old wine in a new bottle...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each and every process is tedious, if you have any kind of job then the best way is to find someone(whom you know personally) works in SDO office and tell that person your needs or else ready to face some arrogant attitude/ behavior, unclear process, unclear solution, in short you are going to have a hectic day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Management And the Worst Staff too. Even their behaviour so rude. If you dont know Bengali, they'll Rudely behave with you and One more thing They didnt Respecting the people,and telling you "This is West Bengal you have to speak in Bengal otherwise move to other state".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at centre of the city. Very crowded area. Known as Court more situated near by Asansol Girls College or BNR more. Govt offices are there. All RTO work related work is done there. Inside parking facility available which is good as outside area are too much crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even deserves 1 star, like most govt sector of Bengal it is also highly corrupted, I can openly challenge you u can't make ur drivers license in west bengal without broker.....very poor service most of time they will no like available,and then if u will go without broker by filling online form by yourself then they are gonna reject your application again and again till u gave them money as their demand. And ya the actual cost of making a 2+4 wheeler driving licence is 800aprx let's take 1500₹ but u know how much rate of licence in bengal is? 2wheeler - 2200₹, 2+4 wheeler - 4500₹ means of u r poor and want to earn by driving someone's else car u have to pay ₹4000 just for a driving licence which costs max 1500/-. Nothing to do, no one takes strict action against them. Don't know when things will get online here like Delhi, so that this RTO officers habit of bribery taking will be stopped. Shamefull very bad experience.
