★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have submitted all my documents to Kasturi Nagar RTO Bangalore for my Vehicle number MH12JE0717 to get the non-migration certificate, i got the receipt from the Kasturi Nagar RTO but still haven't received the Certificate through Post. I visited the RTO officer in DSA counter 2 times (especially visiting from Pune to Bangalore) they said they will share by postal service.
But still haven't received it after giving all the necessary details, writing a hand written letter, postal stamp & the envelope everything which is needed.
I am waiting from a long time, attached has the receipt as a proof. But still waiting for them to share the Non- Migration letter.
Really not helpful at all, respect atleast Digital India and make this happen faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all satisfied with the dealing of the staff(responses only talk in kannada(linguistic racism) - jr. level lady staff). No basic knowledge on RTO rules.
They encourage to come via brokers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People will keep sending you to all the floors back and forth. No clear directions on where we have to go to get a particular thing done. But after spending a lot of time asking around, i was able to get the job done though. So not too bad in the end. ??

Most of the staffs won't talk properly and they route us across counters without giving clarity on what they need.
They simply ask us to get the tags, file and envelopes in nearby stores even though we go with online submission/payment.
Worst part is non-implementation of face less service by Karnataka govt.
Online portal allows us to submit applications and making payments online. But it asks us to take the print and submit offline. Meaningless.
It makes unnecessary RTO visits even for address changes etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two wheeler test drive track is not a track. Fulll of rocks, pits, bumpy lansscape that's not a designated track as ler guide line. Official intention is to fail everyone so one will forcebly cotact agent. Ofricials clearly said this what we have provided by government. If u want better ask questions. So why they charged for test drive iffailed to provide a track and needed faciloty1.abut shown the office.
