★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of Dalla. But you can very well get things done through proper channel. I've applied for a DL and it was processed without any broker. I urge you not to pay a penny to any of the Dalal. Unfortunately most of the truck drivers are uneducated and fails to meet minimum qualifying requirements to obtain a DL... So they choose a middleman. You can obtain a license without dalla from here.
