★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean private service station with experienced mechanic and proper tools - a combination very rare to find in Kolkata. I was bit cautious at the beginning with my Mercedes C220 brake work. However they did a good job and I am fully satisfied. I highly recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. Those who are looking for an alternative to company owned service centre this is the place to go in south Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there a couple of weeks ago as i got some noise from my steering. I went there as i saw quite a few positive reviews and also its quite near to my place. When i went there i was greeted quite well and the SA (Mr Shibu) who is quite welcoming listened to my problem and then asked me to sit as he said will diagnose the problem and will let me know the estimate shortly. After a few hours he informed about the possible estimate and also informed about the delivery date. I received my car on the said delivery date with all issues rectified, however the issue again occurred after two weeks and i was told to come with the car again. I went there and within a couple of hours they refitted and reassembled and now its working fine as expected.
Pros: Highly Professional, Skilled labour, upfront estimate, All services can be done.
Cons: Slightly Cost is on the higher side (but definitely lower than authorised SC)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks ago, while looking for car repair services near me, I contacted Ruia Care through their website for fixing my 2011 Xylo.
They provided me with a quotation which was rather low for car maintenance and I expected the final amount to be higher. However, they completed the job within the exact given quotation and the quality of work was superb. Will soon visit again for all car detailing services.
