★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD!!!!!!!! They take all your gold and do not respond when you have to renew.
They don't have mail/chat facility for customers. When you call, they assure to arrange a call back but no one calls back. They just give missed calls so that they don't need to speak to customers. Worst ever tactics!! Complete looting of money!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received call from Rupeek Executive, he told me the surplus amount has paid by 28th but I didn't get that, today I received a call from one of rupeek Agent towards asking for resubmitted the bank documents, I am not sure why they are asking as if now but seriously they are spending the much time and play with customer emotions and patients, now I am very frustrated, it's one month left and I am still suffering in-transit for my money.

They don’t respond with your complaints they commit something then they behave like helpless employees it’s been 6 months we are calling them and going to their office but still no solution worst part is now their employee say mere bas Mai jo tha kar dia loan apne rupeek se lia hai mujhse nhi somebody pls guide them basic fundamental of service industry you as a employee can’t run from your accountability like this he disconnected the call on our face now disconnecting how company can behave with their customer like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tooka loan from rupeek on 20th Jan 2022 and they told me there is no any other charges you need to pay, only have to pay interest which is approx 260 somewhere per month and no other hidden charges. I confirmed over the call twice and even though with the agent who came to us for gold collection. Now after 10 days when I opend the application which saying 47,283 to close the amount. Why? This much amount is double than interest and why should I pay that amount apart interest too. Listen team I am a lawyer with holding Chamber in KKD and Tis Hazari and know very well how to deal with such civil cases. Today is Sunday and unable to contact customer care, pls look into this and correct it whatever the mess is there. Else, starting a legal proceeding against you isn't a big deal for me.

I was having some loan problems because of business so I decided to availed their services but because of them I have to face trouble through bank inspite of having clear documents … save yourself …

dont avail any service if you are in any financial trouble directly vist banks for solutions
