★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It appears that the company is expanding by leaps and bounds and they have this service centre near chandni chawk. The office is located on the fifth floor and that's one difficult task for older people in case of unavailability of lift. The office is small but the staff seemed to be decent. I had my mouse replaced but it did took some time. However from the product point of view I would say I haven't found their mouse to be good enough compared to batteries. I got it replaced and its again become faulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, I got new things in 5 to 10 minutes. Very little paper work. I went to take the service of lapcare. They also provide services for a number of other products. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 1:30 p.m. Tiffin time from 1.30 to 2.00 p.m daily. However, it is better to bring the original bill with dameged/bad product.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited to this office to replace my Laptop battery (which I purchased online) as they are the authorised distributor of Lapcare products in kolkata.
Small office with very few staffs just adjuscent to Chandni Chowk metro station (gate 3), mostly they deal with the wholesale distribution. . Staffs are helpfull and supportive.
Only one guy in the front desk, Mr. Dipankar handle the product replacement part along with his other works. He was on leave that day, however on my request another staff came forward and put his all efforts to resolve my issue by calling Dipankar (the other guy who was on leave) and agreed for the replacement..
