★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's service is very bad. Never book your ticket with this travels because firstly they charge you dual money than in midd journey they will force you to change your bus. After this you will not get your confermed sheet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus number 5342 we went to go my home with my family bus driver and bus cleaners was had drinking at the bus and both of you played sing song is very loudly it's is very important point while the I told wy are you drinking and loudly music playing thay said if you wanted go home and u wanted your family take a seat and seet your mouth.
Than thay again open loudly music and had cigarette really that's black day my Life h log bahut far aur socha inke complaint jakar karenge please take action immediately ye log kise din bahut BADA Kar denge .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus service is worst every from jaipur to gwalior or dholpur. 9837 bus in very bad condition . They stopped bus any time for 5 to 10 min . In my opinion don't hire from this travels for this route.. worst experience ever....
In each 10 minute driver stop this . If there exist rating in negative I will refer that .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Bus Service. They reserve the seats/ sleeper births, but the service is too below than average public transport. They use the same bus for parcels, local passengers and all. Dirty stinking seats & births where people sits or sleep with their shoes on. Very very bad experience. It was a nightmare. Please think thrice before booking.
