★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled through sleeper. Highly unsatisfied with the quality of bed, blanket, curtains etc. Lights not working. AC vents in poor condition. Insufficient space. Not at all punctual. I would never recommend this travel agency to anyone. On the contrary, Mahalaxmi travels has a high standard of interiors n is value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is great and their services too. Driver and conductor both are polite and courteous in nature. Bus is in great condition too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being expensive in comparison to other bus services, there is no facility in the bus. There are only curtains in the name of the cabin, and there is a constant danger of falling out of the cabin due to haphazard driving. Also there is a very rude and rude driver and his accompanying staff.Cleanliness in the bus was taken care of at all.
I believe that such bus service should be stopped.

Bus was clean and responsible driving from driver.
However, punctuality is a big issue. On website bus departure time was 3 pm but they departed at 4:15 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never travell from this service. I purchased an AC non stop(900/-) to Ahmedabad for only to know that i have to change the bus from Udaipur and the second bus it not even AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Bus Service, quality of bus is also very poor, behavior of staff was very rude and uncooperative. Very noisy and bubbling was also there due to bad quality tyre which is changed due to bursting of tyre only after 100 km journey out of 700 kms. Mid way stay place was very poor quality and unhygienic. Overall experience of journey was very bad???
