★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being professional is a must but along with that if a person is humble, polite and extremely down to earth it is always a cherry on the top, Sachindra is one such coach. Understanding what exercises and meal plans could a client follow as per their lifestyles, & then formulating a corresponding plan which could be put in action and help garner results shows his attentiveness, dedication and focus to help and assist an individual to reach his health goals was something which convinced me to train under him. Exercising to keep fit and healthy has always been the last on my list because it felt like a chore but after following and training under Sachindra it took a complete 360° change and made me realise that our health should be our first priority and a habit which each one of us should focus on seeing the sedentary lifestyle our jobs has led us to. My personal experience has been wonderful and thus recommending him.

His video-personal training provided much needed motivation to stay fit during quarantine and thereafter, with flexibility of training from home before/after work. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a personal trainer (via video).
