★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food taste is great and the service is also good. It has everything to make your mood and make your evening a perfect beautiful memory. Also it has a great decor. The Hotel is located on the Ground floor of the Next Level Mall. It is somewhat new to town but worth visiting. I had an amazing experience with my friends. Great place

Absolutely shameless and irresponsible staff.
It took us 1.5 hours to get mineral water from order so much so that we had to leave.
The worst part was manager and waiter staff were absolutely shameless.
It wasn't just us, three families from different tables were shouting for the same.
Would suggest not to go here and waste your precious time !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of a kind ambience to look for in Amravati, with varied menu. The taste and service does satisfy all our expectations, quantity however disappoints a bit. I loved the dinner time spent here, and would recommend if you love ambient dining in a theme like what this place offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is inside of mall. When we went the place was empty. Decor is good, and pleasant. Menu has good variety. When we ordered they took their own sweet time to prepare the dishes. The food taste is so very good though. The cost is little on heavier side. We tried noodles, punjabi thali which has butter paneer, dal makhani, churchur naan. We also loved chocolate shake, (which is not a thick shake.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service any hotel can provide. We were waiting for almost 2 hrs but this hotel was giving priority to takeaway orders. Customers who were sitting there was totally neglected. We ordered nonveg but that was so time consuming so we ended up with dal tadka. It was so mood depressing experience. If you really have some importance of time or you genuinely expecting a good service, please don't go. There are better hotels here who values your time and provide prompt service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing you notice as you enter is the restaurant's ambiance, its soothing with a bit of vintage touch.
You get a wide variety of dishes, service is prompt and prices are not over exaggerated.
I had non-veg thali here. Firstly the portion seemed adequate but it was more than enough. It had variety but I will suggest to order it separate dishes if you are in group.
