Hotel can do great but service staff need to be changed, they are very rude, arrogant on bonus most of them it gutka (local tobacco) so its very pathetic to talk with them!

No covid norms being followed
Food quality is not upto the mark ( overpriced )
Drinks and beverage are costely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my GF on open terrace, not everyone can get the wall side seats and tables in middle are not so good specially those black chairs need to change. If some lits are arranged for the middle tables experience will be better.
We ordered Veg Hyderabadi biryani and after tasting it we realised that the restaurant is not famous for this. It wasn't spicy at all after informing to staff they provided spicy grevy.
Staff behaviour is good and supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice taste . Loved the environment . Live singing added the fun . But staffs behaviour was okay okay . Note: visit after 6:30 pm otherwise you will not allowed to sit at outdoor sitting . Outdoor view is awesome .
