★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be zero stars actually. Very poor management and service. Very senseless and non cooperative staff. Pretty bad experience on New year's. Just a fancy name nothing else, you will get better service at a roadside shop.

Coming to food, good in taste and rates are normal.
About service, Disappointing!
Slow service, a lot of time for servicing even when restaurant is not crowded.Did not expect this from Mehfil group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posting this in the hotel itself as management won't bother to respond or act on this. Cocktail was served less than half a glass I mean half of the quantity of the vessel. For service we had to walk right up to the manager to Umesh to get anything we want served. The food was good but no waiter/server or even the manager was willing to respond.
The captain Umesh is maybe under tremendous pressure so doesn't have any etiquettes.
Never coming back.

Not worth spending so much money in Amravati. Even Onion slices & lime slices were chargable (first such experience in India). Was uprfront asked for service tip for 03 waiters (as 03 of them served the table alternatively) !!!

Portions are small.
They take ages to serve.
Service is a big disappointment, had ordered a few starters, they served one first, and the rest after 20/25 mins. It is expected they bring everything together.
Waiters insist you pay tips, when you do so...they ask for more. I never have faced such a situation at any restaurant before. Pretty much sums up the experience.
All in all, an overhyped place.
