Sales representative Sanket Bariya regularly kept me informed about car order, transit and registration status and surprisingly the car got registered within 2 days. Car was also delivered on the day I requested.
However the overall car buying experience was not good as my car was not inspected before delivery. One of the tyre had a deep tear which I noticed during delivery. They did not have a tyre available at that time and promised to replace the tyre in 2-3 days. But it seems no one cared about this issue after the car was delivered. I had to call Hyundai customer service several times asking for updates. Its been a month now and the tyre is still not replaced. Its a risk of life as I am using damaged tyre since a month.
