★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The so called contractor Sunil is such an irresponsible and unprofessional person who gives you all the hope that handover will be done on time but when you try to get an update that dumb won't reply to your message or call. He does not know his job and even doesnot allow others to get the work done. There is no consideration of the people problems who are ready to move in and house is not ready. Rating says it must be a good society but there is no power backup, no fixed parking, No electricity meter, no house keeping people to maintain the building and most importantly no one to help. High level of annoying and irresponsible contractor.

At the very beginning, the security guards are very clear and don't allow outsiders until further information checking or approval given by the owners.
They have well ventilated car parking space and rich garden areas. Safe and multiple elevator options, gives you the flexibility of reaching your home faster, rather than just waiting for 1.
The corridors are very well lit and have enough sunshine. People are very reputed and you can see this, when you enter the apartment.
Safe for kids and senior citizens. There is also a new block which is under construction and already security guards are taking care of the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good and very peaceful which I like alot , you will get good environment for your children , security is good,easy to locate and in front of that extra park you will get which is very clean. Manager is good he helped alot for settling the things in new City and security guards also very helpful .yes near by some construction is going on but that is not disturbing alot.flats are amazing ,wide space.you will get maids and cook easily here.
