★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I booked Ticket for RAJKOT(Gujarat) in A/C sleeper bus. My bus No. Was GJ03BV4400, I boarded bus from western hotel as per instructed by booking guy.I had very good experience with NEETA so it is expected that clean ,classy and comfortable cabin with all facilities working.I had one bad experience with NEETA that they took about 17 hours in my Mumbai to rajkot trip and at Madhapar Circle they denied to take bus further and said you have to go on by your own.Again I trusted them and here you can see the pictures of cabin.I am writing this because one can make decision wisely.Please AVOID choosing NEETA for Mumbai to Rajkot and when you have no choice please make sure your seat is up to mark as they said and charged.Please dont go with bus no. GJ03BV4400 you will regret your booking,There is not enough space for sleeping you can see the cabin structure, No drinking water bottle is given.More over, I boarded Bus From Western Hotel at 6 pm they droped me at Rajkot Greenland Circle at 10:30 am just a 16 and a half hours of journey for approx 750 kms Journey without any traffic JAM.Please Be Aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my cousin's had a very bad experience with Neeta on our return journey of Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai on 27th December 2021... the bus was delayed for almost 2 hours and we did not receive any information from Neeta...and then other bus came and we were transferred till wai in that bus afterwards we transferred in Neeta's bus...but in Neeta's bus there was no space to seat properly as it was recliner but we couldn't able to recline the seats... infact we had enough space in other bus which dropped us from Mahabaleshwar to Wai...very much disappointed with Neeta... will never recommend Neeta to anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my cousins had booked for Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai dated 27th December 2021.. pickup was at 3:30.. the bus got delayed by upto 2hours and on top of that we were trfrd to Wai in some other bus and got trfr to Neeta's bus from there.. it was very very unprofessional being having so much name in the market the service was very pathetic, means if so many people have booked from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai and u'll don't have bus only from Mahabaleshwar, waah..
And talking about the comfort.. it was zero.. the bus was new no doubt but there is legroom between seats.. if the ahead seats are reclined then the seat touches my legs and hits me..also 2 adults cannot seat properly next to each other as the seats are too small in all dimensions..very very uncomfortable..after spending a wonderful holiday at Mahabaleshwar the return journey was not a happening part in our journey as the Bus service of Neeta was not properly managed by them POOR SEATS, UNCOMFORTABLE, DIDN'T STARTED FROM THE BOARDING POINT, TOO MUCH DELAY..
Earlier have travelled with Neeta, service was good few years ago but at present they have become worst.. the name and fame both have loosed the charm..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my family had a very bad experience with Neeta on my return journey from mahabaleshwar to mumbai..First of all it was not on time..3.30 pm bus came at 5 pm,dat too some other bus took us till wai dan v wer transfered to neeta's bus.. we waited for so long wid no information dat r bus was late..there were families wid kids at other stops who had to wait in the darkness,so frustrating and disappointing..dis is not d end wen we boarded neeta's bus at wai..literally der was no space for us to sit comfortablly if ppl ahead recline der sit..der was fight n chaos in bus cz of no proper space..Earlier we have travelled with Neeta but dis experience was horrible..Very Very disappointed?..not expected dis from a reputed name like Neeta. I would not recommend ppl to travel with Neeta specailly for a long journey..

This Neeta guy and his agents fool you by saying Bus will leave now in 2 mins and when argue for being late, they will take a round from Dahisar bridge and come again to National Park flyover to catch new customers. These guys are not honest/punctual. Their service is worst. Plz don't travel by Neeta Travels to Pune or any other locations. There are high chances that they will fool you and make reach your destination very late.
