★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spacious flats with 2 BHK having a carpet area of 1100 sq ft. Only drawback being the basement parking gets flooded during heavy rains this results in power cut as power supply control and generator are in basement only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment and its people are good, spacious rooms. Only demerit is in rainy season, main road is full of water and blocked, parking area will be drown 90%. Market and grocery shops are very nearby.
