β β β β β When we reached the hotel manager was saying that we can't give you any room as there is no vacancies. Then I showed him the mail that I have booked it long back, I have paid too. Then they agree to give us the room. The room was good.

β β β β β Hotel easily Accessible. well located. But cleanliness was not up to mark. Toilets were so bad as flush was literally broken. Hot water also not actually hot.

β β β β β Hotel is 1.5 km away from shirdi temple. Hotel is average. But though it is away from main location the rate are not low. If you are have a big family and have to adjust two extra persons/children's in the same room make sure to ask if they will give extra blanket (be it chargeable) before booking and making payments. They don't give any once u pay for the room and that is really inconvenience.

β β β β β They must pay attention to the water tap leakages and toilet flush,as it was not working. Room was neat n tidy. Only issue is,need to heir auto to reach hotel from temple.(sharing auto takes rs.10/- for one side. Staff was supportive,allowed chain at 12:00 noon.

β β β β β Price was cheap and rooms seems to be decent but it was the worst mistake I committed.After long drive from Mumbai me and my friends just wanted to sleep so that we can take darshan in early morning. But we couldn't sleep to our horror there were bedbugs in that room. We were itching continuously. Not only that staff is terrible at service. It's my request please do not visit that hotel.

β β β β β This hotel is far from the temple. The rooms were neat but the toilet was very dirty and flush was broken. We were initially not given pillow covers and when asked we got torn ones. However the person at reception was helpful and friendly.The cleaniness of bathroom and linen should be improved.
