★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The travel service do not deserve even half a star.I had a really annoying experience with the Saimaya Travel bus travel.They treat passengers like animals stuffed inside the bus.The driver or the cleaner do not have any discipline or manner of talking.The drivers take travel breaks (Halts) as per their own wish.At times they do not even bother to take a break.I assume the reason behind this is that they waste their time fetching passengers around just to satisfy their or the company's pockets and fill up the partial empty bus seats and then they cover up the time lost by not stopping anywhere.Upon confronting for the same,the driver and the cleaner began with their excuses of not able to find a hotel with descent toilets.The second time excuse : next week election hai na toh sab hotels bandh hai.Seriously?????Is it so difficult to find a hotel on the Mumbai-shirdi route?& if hotels are kept closed during the election season so even the travelling should have been restricted by the authority.You think u can fool around and get away with things so easily.During all my 4 travels,they randomly stopped the bus on roads so that the men could pee.Hello but what about the women??are you so insane??No Food,no toilets,no water ....what are you expecting us to do.If u do not wish to stop at a hotel then kindly arrange for a toilet and pantry inside the bus.Last and not the least.Kindly check with the people you are loading inside.Once a guy who claimed to be a driver was acting very notorious.(He was not a passenger who had paid like us and blocked the seat.he was someone known to the driver who was accommodated in the driver's cabin but many a times slipped into the passenger's section which is not acceptable at all)How would the passengers be comfortable with such people around.We are not beggars here.We pay the full amount,in return of which we expect good service.I do not look forward to travel through Saimaya anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saimaya Bus, Sleeper bus booing , going to mumbai to shirdi ,BUS NUMBER MH-08-V-8721.Not Good Quality , Bus Not Going On Time , Waiting On Thane 1Hours & Shirdi Rich Time 8am. Bus Booking That Time Told Me Timing Is 10.45pm to 5.00am. Not Proper time also.
1) Bus Inside Not Have Lights
2) Bus Inside Not Have Charging Point.3) Sleeper Bus In Side Khatmal (BEDBUGS)So Much.4) Not Happy Traveled In saimaya bus.
6 box booking to going mumbai to shirdi only siting in bus 1 box , 10member siting 1box only. VERY BAD TRAVELS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap and bad service yesterday i travel from shirdi to mumbai they are telling lie just want to earn more money but name of service they are pathetic cheap and worst service
They think passengers are fool they waste time 3.30 pm to 3.30 am total waste 12 hours and
Telling we are leving but stay in mid road owner said driver are theif. They theft diesel / petrol and standing bus on mid road.
Pathetic cheap worst bus .
Bus service also driver and owner they has no manner to talk customer
