★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional owner (Deepak Bansal). I shortlisted curtain material from this shop. I had taken the measurements of the doors and windows of our house and I showed it to him. Yet the owner insisted that his staff needs to take measurements again. So his tailor came home and took measurements. We wanted to confirm if his measurements and ours were the same so we asked him to show his measurements. The tailor refused to show it. The owner refused to discuss this and said they don't show measurements! I don't understand what special measurements those were that these people refused to show us. As customers, we pay for the material and making charges but we don't get to see the measurements! Deepak Bansal was very, very rude when I tried to discuss this. He blocked my phone number and didn't receive my calls on other phones in the shop. On calling from a different number, he didn't even let me speak. Highly unprofessional. Not worth the time and effort. Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST AND RUDE OWNER. we ordered a pair of curtains for 5.5 feet and he took payment in advance. Later delivered curtains measuring 4.5 feet and even refused to exchange. Worst customer experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible i could give them NEGATIVE STARS. totally rude & manners less owner. On receiving material they show no problem attitude & say there is no need of receipt whenever you want come & pickup. They take your orders to stitch curtains & then after they made excuse to not return the cloth material / curtains.they make lame excuses of insufficient staff & can't find material as the store is full & so on. Even after repeated visits at last they told that the material was not given to be stitched. They are RUDE towards the customers so beware while giving them material. SHAME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mostly do the business in without bill or don't provide the original warranty card, I have purchased the 3 set of sleepwell mattress and they cut the warranty number from it and also cut the serial number of mattress... Even they are not authorised dealer of sleepwell
