★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most amazing time at Salvadores today! From great service, lovely old school fine dining ambience, polite and extremely friendly staff(especially Blake who entertained us with his interesting stories and great sense of humour) to scrumptious food, a great wine menu and a beautiful view, this restaurant ticked all the boxes for us!
We had the chicken skewers, Steak Victoria(with their signature sauce), Alfredo Pasta and blueberry cheesecake. Every dish was a gastronomic delight and was exceptionally seasoned and plated. They also had some great wine and appetiser plate offers, which I aim to try out next time.
The pictures of the old Victoria hotel on the wall, take you on a walk through memory lane, and all the staff are more than happy to guide you through it with their own personal stories. This restaurant is definitely iconic, absolutely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been to Salvadore's fine dining on their terrace a couple of times - for lunch and for their weekend breakfast, and the ambiance, service, food and presentation has been a delightful experience. Our thanks to the staff - Noel Bowers, Blake and Dominic, for their surprise tiramisu platter; it was a lovely gesture that made our anniversary meal extra special!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salvadores is a fine dining resturant. Decor is good enough so is the ambience. Music commensurates with ambience. Presentation of food is pretty good so is the behaviour of attendents. Helping some one to choose the right kind of food for the occassion is an art. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are praisworthy. Desserts melts in mouth. Amazing taste. Alcohol on choice of serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining with a beautiful view of the city centre. The ambience is very classy with lots of wood work and earthy tones. And you can't miss their lovely festive decor. They have a beautiful open kitchen. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is pleasant with a lot of natural light flowing in. The outdoor deck overseas the metro line, the beautiful mayo hall and the city scape.
They sever a complimentary basket of fresh bread basket with pesto and pesto butter. If you love some fresness in your palette to balance out the rich and creamy Italian flavours..you should go for the Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, in appetizers. I also loved their Tagliatelle Alla Funghi Tartufu, pasta with shittake mushrooms and truffle oil. It was fantastically done with light flavours of garlic coming through with the strong mushrooms. The only disappointment was the Mediterranean grilled chicken. I've eaten this before but the taste seems to have changed quite a bit. This time it had a very wierd non-palatable camphory after taste to it. I wouldn't recommend this dish.
Also the menu is very limited at the moment due to covid impact, I guess. But the staff told me that they are planning to launch a more ellaborate menu in the coming weeks.

All dishes were prepared very well.
Really good ambience!
Mall parking @ Bangalore Central.
They check you Covid-19 ? certificate.
Try dinner in outdoor seating. You will enjoy Bangalore skyline.
Rs. 1200 for lunch without alcohol.
Good service too.
