★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Just spraying sanitizer in the entrance is not being hygienic. The tables, trays and the rest rooms need to be clean as well.
Ordered chicken nuggets and had to wait for 15 mins to get it served. The nuggets were under cooked after such a long wait. Worst part is the rest rooms were closed. I came back after couple of hours hoping to find a hygienic spot and they were still closed. Checked with the staff and the casual response - "under maintenance". How come the kitchen never goes under maintenance during work hours? Just a lazy attitude towards maintaining the rest rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay okay experience. Well the food at McD is anyways standard as per their SOP however what makes any if their outlet is the service by staff.
I did not find the same warmth here as in other outlets. They forgot to deliver out one of the order also which was not ready at time.

And they didn't informed... followed with handed over wrong order followed with missing item from the happy meal... terrible n didn't expected such experience in such a big food chain. Hope they take corrections positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but the stairs to the building look dangerous as they are broken and the first step is really high. The restaurant itself has seen better days and they could have renovated the restaurant to look more inviting with brighter lights. They have good service but the food took a while to come although we had only ordered fries and wedges. It's a good place to go if you get tired or hungry while shopping. They follow covid guidelines as well so it's safe to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the order area were not at all interested in taking orders and were taking long time for the orders. Some of the French fries were burnt.
This used to be our go to McDonald's during college days, the restaurant has aged and needs some makeover.
Washroom and hand wash area could be better.
Handling the crowd at order counter could be better.
