Who We Are
In 1998, as growth plans for Indian operations were put into place, Rajnish Wadhawan was instrumental in acquiring the Hyundai dealership at South Delhi. Under his dynamic leadership, the dealership has grown multifold both in size and volume.
In fact, Samara Hyundai is the first Hyundai dealership to cross first 5000 cars sale on all India bases in February' 2000 (within 15 months of operations). This consistent growth has led the turnover to skyrocket by 700% to 225 crs in 2010-2011.
The human resources at Samara Hyundai have been nurtured carefully and successfully. At current basis, the TEAM SAMARA has crossed 500 people inclusive of sales and service. This dedicated and motivated team has been the driving force to provide highest level of Customer Satisfaction and record the largest sales of Hyundai cars from a single Dealership.
The infrastructure of the Dealership has kept pace with its growth. The Showroom and additional infrastructure facilities were doubled in size in the year 2000 in order to market and deliver over 500 cars per month. The service network has constantly been upgraded and expanded. With the integrated flagship workshop at Okhla, additional workshops were opened in all 4 major zones in New Delhi taking capacity to service a whopping 6000 cars per month. In the current year, a 5th service center is being set up at Kirti Nagar Industrial Area to serve our customers in West Delhi. Our Stockyard is built in Mehrauli, South Delhi covering an area of one acre. The facility can receive, process and deliver over 50 vehicles on a daily basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For last 3 time I have facing the problem after my car service and adviser not good and they will charge of everything but they do nothing. Every-time they give ensure for batter service but every time they failed to give the better service.
So my advise don't this service center for your car service and any other work.

Went there for First service of my Hyundai car. Will request if you are reading this review, to avoid visiting this Service Center. (Samara Hyundai, 7/20, Kirti Nagar Industrial Area). The reason behind this are listed here as below:
1. Unprofessional Staff: Staff there do not give a damn about your point of view. Either accept what they say and suffer OR get your car into another service center. Nor they will list out the activities that will be done during service. For example, service book always have a check list of activities, but Staff will keep that slip with them and you would not have a clear idea about what actually was checked in car. Also, if you insist & ask for details, staff gets irritated or avoids you. Like I was very hopeful as it was my first time at Car servicing. They simply avoided my queries.
Had worst experience with one Ravinder Singh, Service Person at Front Desk there. Avoid handing over your vehicle to him, if you are still visiting the place.
2. Un-maintained Sitting Area: The ACs do not work at Customer Lobby Area while they were working at the side where Hyundai Staff works. Corners in Customer lobby area are vulnerable to mosquitoes. This means that cleanliness is not a priority there.
3. Service Area: Servicing staff does not follow Dress Code. While Front desk staff and some guys were wearing Hyundai dresses, but there were many inside the servicing area who were looking like they are some outsiders. But they were working inside.
