Has a lot of waiting at present due to multiple issues
Abandoned the plan for grand I10 as its more costlier than TATA CNG variant.
But the sales team are well set with their knowledge and ability to handle customers.

β β β β β This is very bad experience with Hyundai I feel the staff is so irresponsible and ignorant and they r worse than a normal mechanic shop they can't even daignose a problem I had been to their service centre for 4 times even though the problem isn't resolved when I visited the service centre regarding my car's engine check light issue they said some sensor was at fault they changed it and handed over my car after driving 2kms engine check light popped up again and car was giving a mileage of 3.4 kms when I called the service advisor he asked me to drop the car at service centre I went to get it checked they check now they say some auto sensor isn't working they don't even care to check if there is another issue this is the way Hyundai operates if this then better opt for outside mechanic shops atleast they do the work not give fake promises and trouble their coustomer kindly look over the issue this is very bad experience with Hyundai and I'm never gona put my car in such hands I feel they just spoil ur car with their inefficient and irresponsible behaviour

β β β β β My overall experience at Sapphire was very bad. I went there for an accidental repair. The staff was very manipulated at workshop, they will not take care of your car, first they spoil your car and then they tell sir donβt worry we will clean all this. They will not deliver your car on time thatβs for sure.
When it comes to rating they will be ready to do anything you ask but the way they will give u excuses u urself will say leave it donβt do it.
Uploaded my car photos and nothing is repaired in these parts.
