★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic experience we had with samovar food in bangalore.... Dont buy... U will regret.... I ordered beef with parotta... It was smelling bad... I cant eat.... Plz bro.. Why are you doing this.... We are all malayalis... We are happy u people r here to provide us our taste... But...in the wrong way... Seems like kerala food prepared by bengalis taught by malayalis... Thats the taste....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small Kerala that is hidden in the streets of Kammanahalli (bangalore). Every authentic dish of kerala is available, even the water that is served for drinking.
It's very hard to describe this place but I would highly recommend this place.

Why do u even have a menu ??? plus the staff is very arrogant and they don't have the capacity to serve customers during rush hours. i see only two waiters for around 15 tables. Extremely unpleasant experience. U rather shut the hotel than put us through all this disappointment. I have come here 4 times. All 4 times they never had anything that i plan on ordering. never coming back to this place ever again

An average Kerala Restaurant.
I used to come here because of previous Google reviews, however my visit to the samovar restaurant on May 1, 2022 was not pleasant.
* Bad Odour on table
* Order was taken in a very hurried manner, at that time only 2 tables of
Guest (4 members in total) was present who was already served.
* the way plates and breakfast was served was not at all acceptable
(it was hurriedly slipped on to the table)
* with 100% sureity i say, i was served old breakfast item (Idiyappam)
(other items : Puttu was Good / Egg Curry tasted salty / Channa curry was also Good)
Moral : The Hotel Admin Needs to make sure that they are not loosing its regular Customers due to serving old food stuffs.
I ATE MY BREAKFAST BCOZ I WAS HUNGRY / IT WAS NOT A FREE FOOD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I long time (exactly after 3 yrs) I found the taste I was looking for my Masala Dosa. Being a bengali it has been a long search for me to find out a taste for south indian food which my palate approves of and yes I finally found it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money, is the main attraction. Clean, wholesome food, everything that was on our leaf was delicious! The crowd seems to be quite a bit ove the weekends, so our server didn't exactly serve all the sadhya dishes, understandable with the pressure but not exactly acceptable. We ordered some fish dishes on the side, they were great too!
