★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a genuine worried buyer. Facing lot of construction quality issues. Ceiling leakages and wall leakages are seen during every rain. And wall cracks are seen on almost all the walls.No immediate repair works provided and delayed provided repair works also temporary, again leakages started on ceiling and walls and cracks appeared again and again on all the walls even after few repair works. Wall and ceiling leakages are making our interior works spoiled. Did not expect these many issues in a brand new 1year old apartment. We are sufferring alot with our dream home purchase. Before purchasing I have enquired about the leakages many time as I was going with top floor and the builder has guranteed 100 percentage leakage proof, unfortunately I have believed their words, now every where leakages are seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of pending work.. some families occupied already but no power back and cauvery water. Constructing the one duplex on the top floor G4 is not having valid approvals buyer should be careful while purchasing as it may cost them later.
