★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Issues with this Building as on March 2022:
1. It does not have domestic electricity connection from BESCOM. Commercial connection taken by association and per month electricity charges are too much for each month.
2. Construction Quality is very poor from Builder. Tiles in room are not fitted well. Coming out or cracking by it’s own.
3. Separate Cable for each house from terrace to rooms are not working for few homes.
4. Parking slots are not yet marked by Builder. Association has made arrangement by its own and currently working fine.
