★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire society often gets attacked by snakes at the basement that comes from the adjacent land. Added to that also be careful while renting S3 from Sai Residency . The owner Rohit Sharma and his wife Rupa Sharma are the con type personalities who tricked away extra money outside the agreement. He also deducted 12000 for painting where he had not given me a painted house while I moved in. He suppressed me multiple times on getting rent amount in cash so that he can save on tax on rent that he never mentions as a income. I am seeking legal help. He’s so much taking the advantage of this Covid situation. Any advise will highly be appreciated.Please note: I found the society peaceful with accommodating people, but no one could help me on the unfair money deduction. Not sure if this is the norm for the tenants there ?.Also the 5 stars are given only by the owners. No tenants as of now had rated this place.
