What I understand is that you have to surrender your suitcase and for get.
Some times they take 15 days and some times one month.
This due to non availability of Tecnician.
When you plan your travel and go for any repair first they will ask for gurantee Card. If you have they will take your suitcase and return it after one or two months after thorough follow up.
Two years back I faced this and today also repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a bad experience, the first time I went to these guys. They have improved their service now and have become more proactive. They swapped two suitcases of mine, under warranty. That was helpful of them. Service takes time, because I think the parts come from Nasik or whereabouts. I've had a bad experience earlier with repair - took a really long time.
