The complete course of ticket raising and closing was systematic and highly professional.
Yes, we need to do our part in terms of registering our product online and thereafter relax.
For me it happened with my Skybags (Oscor) suitcase. There was some issue with the zip and wheel. I visited this showroom and the executive immediately raised ticket and I have submitted my suitcase for repair.
Since it was irreparable, they offered a replacement. (You need to call do do the followup after submitting the suitcase for repair). And executive replaced with new product and I was happy with the complete service given by them.
So, it is better to register your product online soon after purchasing, this will help you in future with a product covering warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying experience was good. But when it comes to service and warranty they don't respond so well. My bag's handle got broken and it was under warranty I visited them and was not received very well. Moreover the service team didn't do intended job of handle replacement so well. They have used a handle which was not matching with my bag. I had to visit them thrice to get that rectified.
