It tooks more than 1 hrs for handing over of my damaged mobile to concern counter. & It will take 2 days to replace display of my mobile. What a sad scene of a reputed company service centre in Bihar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no poster outside on the building which indicates presence of any samsung store. There is a narrow corridor. You will get it from there. A poster will mark you directions at the end of that. I went there to get my screen replaced. The price was quite high still okay. What would someone want to know about a service center?? It was air conditioned and the assistance was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's near to Ashiyana more. Samsung service center on 1st floor of their building.They provide good service. Best thing about of this service center is that, when you enter center they provide token. They call through token system. Decent Spece & seating arrangement
