Firstly one of the indoor unit came in open damp (wet) box with some rusting on the edges and when I asked them to replace it , they all tried to convinced me that their is no problem etc etc and hitachi products are great etc . I decided to live with it
Today we got our Ac installing engineer opened the rest of the boxes and found a fitting missing in one of the boxes . I called and got a reply that if hitachi engineers opened the box , they would believe them but they refused to believe us . Are we lying
??
In any case I got the stuff purchased from nearby market and got moving with installation but was appalled with the service of Hitachi .

Refrigerator (costing75k) stopped working just after 20 days of purchase. At the time of sale they promised us to take care of every issue but now they even refuse to take our calls and even blocked my no. This is no less than fraud.

Surprisingly Samsung doesn’t take any action on this dealer. He is damaging the reputation of Samsung. He has only cares about money.
