The interiors and the lighting were just on point. Not to forget their staff were really courteous.
I had some mocktails & starters.
1. Pasta
2. Virgin Mojito
3. Chicken Singapuri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of finest fish in the city. It was such an awesome experience dining in such a good place at such an affordable price. I've been to many places including hotels from many other countries and I would say this restaurant provides more than what you pay for. The staffs are very nice and friendly, everyone is doing their work correctly. They'll make everything fresh so they may take time to come up with the food. Insane place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best restaurant. It might be a bit expensive from usual restaurant. Service is superb with great ambience. You can have fine candle light dinner over here. A perfect place for couple dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place on Saturday last month and have taken the buffet lunch. I thought that it was Bengali Buffet but after reached there I got to know that it's Chinese buffet. Bengali Buffet is served only on Sunday.
Lets talk about the ambience, its just live 5 star hotel. Restaurant is very well decorated with fancy design items along with Jhar and all. Even the washroom is also decorated with well design mirrors and lights. 5 ⭐ for decoration.
Regarding the buffet, variety of salads were there like chicken, kimchi having good taste. Starter is good but you cannot compare with Barbeque or ABS. Mostly they served chicken items. I guess there was a fish starter but I didn't like that too much... About the main course, chicken Biryani was good and rest of them are OK types. Minimum food items are chicken related whose taste are average or you can say more than average but not too good. But I like the desert. Misti Doi and Firni was fabulous. Too good. Sahi Tukra was not that much soft that I had tasted earlier.
Overall 5 ⭐ for decoration and 3 ⭐ for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bitter experience I had in Sand-De Sovrin...if u r well suited-booted then u are cordially welcomed & taken care of.If u wear casual outfits the waiter or manager will not come to you for any services or to ask about the food?
If u are planning for the sunday buffet @699 I will say better not to come...cz from starter to vetki paturi is just a bucket full of tasteless dishes.Welcome drink mango lassi is just rediculous?but Golbarir Mutton is nice & juicy...easy to chew,chicken dakbanglow has no egg & tastes excessive salty.Desserts were good,mainly Chitrakut & baked rosogolla.They have ruined the bengali love 'vetki paturi'...such a bad preperation & fish pieces u can get vomit of it?
It's not a value for money buffet & am totally disappointed for it? Don't come to waste your money...go for any other buffets at Zodiac or Aura?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this 4 star property for Sunday bengali buffet at 699(all Inc). My experience is full of mixed emotions. At first, they had made us wait more than 30 minutes still we called the restaurant previous day for prior table reservations. They said you wouldn't have any problem to find a table at lunch time. Starters were only few items & tasted below average. Main course was better though. Bhetki paturi, Mutton kasha, Basanti pulao were only few items which you shouldn't miss. Desserts were awful. Only baked rosogolla & ice cream were edible. But very nice interior & ambience. Staff behavior was good(I think as we were making vlog). Good for only one time visit but can't promise you a great experience.
